The Institute also undertakes short term training programmes aimed at improving skills of public sector officers engaged in planning and administration. Institute conducts regular programmes for Young Research Scholars in India on Research Methodology and relevant Macro Economic issues.


Faculty members are recognized as Ph.D. Guides in Department of Economics, Gujarat University, Ahmedabad.


More than 65 Ph.D. under the guidance of Institute’s Faculties have been awarded from Gujarat University since inception.
