Sardar Patel Institute of Economic & Social Research is established with the network of 40 computers throughout the campus with computer center.

Hardware Facilities:

Computer center of the Institute is Air-conditioned and well equipped with LED desktop machines of Dell connected through Radio Frequency (RF) internet throughout the LAN connections. These is leaseline internet connections working over Wi-Fi and DHCP Internet LAN connection for entire staff of the Institute. All faculties and staff members has provided with computers and DHCP Internet LAN facilities round the clock. B/W LaserJet, Colour LaserJet Printers and Scanners are made available in the computer centre for research scholar and supporting staff members. The Institute has also a ceiling mounting projector.

Software Facilities:

The Computer Center is equipped with a large collection of Software’s like SPSS 14.0 & Amos 6.0 for Econometrics and Statistical data analysis, Tally ERP 9 (License Version) for Accounting, ISM V5 office net for the Languages, Administrative and Research work, Quick Heal Total Security Antivirus software for protection and automation software Soul 2.0 for library work throughout the lane. Some faculty Members has developed problem-specific software’s during the Research Project. The Center intends to document the data from Primary and Secondary sources for various Research projects conducted by the institute. The data of the completed Research projects are available in a form directly accessible for computer processing.
