Governing Body

The Institute is managed by a Governing Body, consisting of the Chief Minister of Gujarat, prominent social scientists, civil servants and industrialists besides three nominees of the Government of Gujarat and two nominees of ICSSR. The Chief Minister of Gujarat is, by convention, the Chairman of the Governing Body. The governing body is assisted by Executive Committee.
